Management Committee
The IHS is governed by a Committee with officers elected biannually at alternating Annual General Meetings. We welcome and encourage members of the IHS to join Committee meetings, to listen to our plans and contribute their ideas.

Constitution
As an incorporated association, the IHS is governed by a constitution drafted following extensive consultation led by a working group of members of the Ithacan Philanthropic Society during 1991-1993, and updated to conform to the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 (Vic).
