Jason Raftopoulos – Filmmaker's Masterclass
On 6 April 2025 we hosted dozens of members and friends at Ithaca House for a Masterclass & Special Screening with the Ithacan film director Jason Raftopoulos.
Jason Raftopoulos is an Australian filmmaker with Ithacan roots. Jason joined us for a discussion with Melbourne-based artist Lucy Kostos, speaking to us about his experience as an award-winning director.
The discussion was followed by a screening of Voices in Deep (2023) — Jason’s latest film, which sheds light on the emotional and physical toll of the refugee crisis. Read more about Jason & his latest award-winning film Voices in Deep (2023) here.
