A culinary fundraiser for the Archive of Ithaca
On 7 April 2024 at Ithaca House in Melbourne, members joined us for a successful cooking class with Christine Polyzos of Kali Orexi. The IHS chefs enjoyed an interactive class with Christine and mastered making tiropita with her special methods.
The event raised an impressive $1150 for the Ithacan Archive Fund.
